The hit Broadway musical Disney’s Aladdin, playing for you live at New Amsterdam Theatre in New York City on Wednesday 24th November 2021. “Pure genie-us!” says USA Today and, “Fabulous and extravagant!” Says The New York Times. Grab your magic carpet and fly away to the Arabian city of Agrabah, a fully varied city of lords, merchants and cut-throats. We appear near the worthless street urchin Aladdin, as he gets caught up in the evil plot by the Sultan's Grand Vizier, Jafar, who longs to usurp the throne and steal away the gorgeous Princess Jasmin for himself. Aladdin manages to free himself from the Cave of Wonder with a little help from a mighty Genie, then becomes the wealthy Prince Ali, to woo the wonderful Princess Jasmin. The unimaginable happens and the horrible Jafar gets his hands on the lamp and whoever clasps the lamp controls the Genie! Jafar becomes the new extremely strong sorcerer Sultan of Agrabah and whisks away the stunning Princess Jasmin for himself! How will Aladdin beat the evil Grand vizier and release the magnificent Princess Jasmin, or will this legend end in tears and obliteration for the city of Agrabah?
