Aladdin is a appealing character in the musical of the same name. Growing up in the troubling streets, Aladdin meets Princess Jasmine, the daughter of the Sultan of Agra bah. While visiting the Princess’ exotic palace, Aladdin finds a magical oil lamp that unleashes a very wise cracking genie.
As the tale unwinds we learn that there is an evil sorcerer named Jafar who wants to oust the Sultan and that it is up to Aladdin and his genie buddy to save them.
This story gets even more wonderful the more it is told. It teaches us that we should not try to be a person that we are not, and nor should we be satisfied with what others think we should be.
