This is precisely what you wished for! The hit Broadway musical Disney’s Aladdin, playing for you live at New Amsterdam Theatre in New York City on Friday 24th September 2021. “Pure genie-us!” says USA Today and, “Fabulous and extravagant!” Says The New York Times. Grab your magic carpet and fly away to the Arabian city of Agrabah, a fully assorted city of aristocrats, merchants and thieves. We appear near the useless common thief Aladdin, as he gets trapped in the evil plot by the Sultan's Grand Vizier, Jafar, who wishes to usurp the throne and steal away the beautiful Princess Jasmin for himself. Aladdin manages to free himself from the Cave of Wonder with a tiny bit of help from a magical Genie, then becomes the grand Prince Ali, to woo the magnificent Princess Jasmin. The absurd happens and the wicked Jafar gets his hands on the lamp and whoever holds the lamp rules the Genie! Jafar becomes the new extremely mighty sorcerer Sultan of Agrabah and whisks away the exquisite Princess Jasmin for himself! How will Aladdin beat the disgusting Grand vizier and rescue the striking Princess Jasmin, or will this yarn end in tears and devastation for the city of Agrabah?
